In 2000 Frain & Harley became a limited company.
The experience of our committed and dedicated management team enables us to present effective solutions to a client’s requirements and to manage every stage of the project, be it Building or Construction work.
The team manages a staff of 50 and can man up as and when required. All staff are trained and certificated in Street Works and CSCS. Staff training is regularly reviewed and we have continuous training programmes.
Our detailed knowledge of civil engineering, construction and property maintenance, coupled with an impeccable background in project management, allows a client to make the most informed cost-effective decisions about current and future roll-out needs.
We can manage the Acquisition, Construction, Building Works, Repairs and Maintenance of your project including monitoring where applicable in accordance with Section 74.
